Abstract
Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of 811 Floyd Street, Valdosta, Ga., December 1980. One story house of rectangular plan, hipped tin roof with exposed rafters. Clapboard and shiplap siding. Set on brick piers. Double hung sash windows with 2/2 lights. Fair condition. Date of Construction: Before 1922; App. 1910. Typical vernacular house which is part of an area that possibly developed as housing for millworkers at the Valdosta Mill Company. Not significant in terms of a N.R. district - too many modern intrusions.
