Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Unknown [7], Sycamore, Turner County, Ga., 1981. Two story L-shaped house with multi-gabled roof with returns. Hipped porch supported by square posts. Clapboard siding with new "brick veneer" wainscoting. Aluminum windows. Interior chimneys. Transom over front entrance. Brick piers. Victorian elements. Good structural condition - poor architectural condition. Date of Construction: c. 1908. Not significant as part of a potential National Register historic district. Area of older structures not extensive enough.
