Abstract

Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of 301 and 303 Summerlin St., Valdosta, Ga., December 1980. Two saddlebags: tin gabled roof, shiplap siding and asbestos siding. Shed porch. Interior chimney. Double hung sash windows with 6/6 and 2/2 lights. Fair condition. Date of Construction: App. 1920. Typical saddlebag houses, possibly used as housing for millworkers at the Valdosta Mill Company. Not significant in terms of a district because too many structures have been torn down in this area.
