Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Rural (Dixie) [212] Unknown, Brooks County, Ga. December 1980. A one story Georgian plan, rectangular plan with gabled and hipped roof and shiplap siding. Surrounding shed porch and turned spindle posts. Sash windows with 6/6 lights and shutters. Interior chimney. Brick piers. Good condition. Date of Construction: c. 1905. A typical Georgian plan farmhouse common to these rural areas.
