One story house of irregular plan, hipped and multi-gabled roof, shed porch with small ionic and Doric columns. Clapboard siding. Interior chimney. Double hung sash windows with 1/1 lights. Sits on brick piers. Fair condition. Date of Construction: Prior to 1922. Functional house in an area settled by middle income families. Not significant as part of a district because there are too many modern intrusions.
