Abstract

Valdosta State Baseball, 1995. Program. Gulf South NCAA, Division II. 25-25 overall, 9-9 GSC. The 1995 Blazers will, as many teams, have as their ultimate goal a berth in the Division II World Series, which will be held at Paterson Field in Montgomery, Ala. The Blazers won the 1979 national championship and have made six other appearances in the national tournament. Valdosta State again will be the host school for this year's national tourney, but that does not give the Blazers an automatic bid. Information on this year's team, the coaches and statistics and records can be found in this yearbook.
