Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Rural [266] Southeast section of the county, Valdosta, Ga. December 1980. One story L-shaped saddlebag house with addition at left. Gabled, tin roof. Shed porch with square posts. Clapboard siding and board and batten. Sash windows with 6/6 lights. Small smokehouse in front and outbuildings in rear. Part of River Bend Plantation. Poor condition - deteriorated. Date of Construction: c.1890. Typical farmhouse for a small farm, very common to the entire Brooks County area.
