Gabled, tin roof. Shed porch with square posts. Clapboard siding and board and batten. Sash windows with 6/6 lights. Small smokehouse in front and outbuildings in rear. Part of River Bend Plantation. Poor condition - deteriorated. Date of Construction: c.1890. Typical farmhouse for a small farm, very common to the entire Brooks County area.
