Exposed rafters and brackets. Shed porch supported by square posts on brick and screened in. Shiplap siding. Double sash windows with 6/6 lights. Interior chimney. Brick piers. Fair condition. Date of Construction: c. 1918. Not significant as part of a potential National Register district. Area of older structures not extensive enough.
