Clapboard siding. Sash windows with 2/2 lights. Interior chimney. Set on brick piers. Good condition. Date of Construction: c. 1910. 1914 - porch and room added. This area developed by middle class families from approx. 1900-1915. Significant as part of a potential National Register district, northwest of the commercial area, also along W. Screven St. Some non-historic structures included.
