Exposed rafters. Gabled portico with turned spindle posts. Clapboard siding. Sash windows with 9/9 lights. Exterior chimneys. Set on brick piers. Date of Construction: c.1890. This area has always been a plantation. It covers many thousands of acres of land near the Withlacoochee River. Significant to the agricultural development in Brooks County. The county has always been and still is mostly agricultural.
