Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of 905 W. Magnolia St., Valdosta, Ga., October 1980. Two houses: 1. Shotgun, one story wood frame, rectangular plan. Tin gabled roof, shiplap siding, exposed rafters, interior chimney, sitting on brick piers. 2. Double pen house with gabled tin roof, shed porch with square posts, shiplap siding, exterior chimney. Double hung sash windows with 6/6 lights. Brick piers. Both in poor condition. Date of Construction: App. 1910-1915. Not significant in terms of a district because there are modern intrusions and one just can't get the feeling of a district.
