Sash windows with 2/2 lights. Fair condition. Date of Construction: c. 1901. Barwick's second store, the building was once a post office. Was built by the Massey Brothers. Significant as part of a potential National Register historic district, of 1900-1920's houses in the southeast portion of town - see map.
