Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Barwick [016] Coffee Road #16, Quitman, Ga. December 1980. Was a saddlebag, rectangular plan. Gabled, tin roof. Shed porch with square posts - gingerbread trim. Shiplap siding. Sash windows with 6/9 lights. Set on brick piers. Excellent condition. Date of Construction: c. 1905. Significant as part of a potential National Register historic district, of 1900's and 1920's houses in the southeast portion of Barwick. See map for reference.
