Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of 806 Nardo St., Valdosta, Ga., December 1980. One story house of rectangular plan. Hipped roof. Shed porch with square posts. Interior chimney. Shiplap siding. Double hung sash windows with 2/2 lights. Set on brick piers. Poor condition. Date of Construction: App. 1900-1910. Typical house in this area which possibly developed in the early 1900's as housing for the Valdosta Mill Company's millworkers. Not significant in terms of a N.R. district. Too many modern buildings in the area.
