Gabled roof with surrounding shed porch - turned spindle posts with gingerbread trim and fretwork. Clapboard siding. Sash windows with 2/2 lights and shutters. Transom and sidelights. Set on brick piers. Very good condition. Date of Construction: c. 1906. Very fine example of a turn of the century Victorian house in a small town. Significant as part of a potential National Register historic district, of 1900-1920's houses in the southeast portion of town - see map.
