Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Rural [264] Southeast part of county, Valdosta, Ga. December 1980. Rectangular plan house with gabled, tin roof, exposed rafters. Shed porch with square posts. Clapboard siding. Modern windows. Exterior chimney. Wide overhang at roof edge. Set on hexagonal wood blocks. Poor condition. Date of construction: 1890. Has always been used as tenant house, and is a part of River Bend Plantation. Typical tenant farmhouse - very common to the rural area of Brooks Co.
