Shed porch with square posts. Clapboard siding. Modern windows. Exterior chimney. Wide overhang at roof edge. Set on hexagonal wood blocks. Poor condition. Date of construction: 1890. Has always been used as tenant house, and is a part of River Bend Plantation. Typical tenant farmhouse - very common to the rural area of Brooks Co.
