Shuttered sash windows with 6/6 lights. Exterior chimney. Brick foundation. Good condition. Date of Construction: c. 1928. This area developed from app. 1905-1925 by middle to upper income families. Significant as part of a potential National Register district, Northwest of the commercial area. Few non-historic structures included.
