Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of 202 N. Quincy St., Quitman, Brooks County, Ga., 1981. Small house of rectangular plan. Gabled roof. Asbestos siding. Two gabled dormers. Shuttered sash windows with 6/6 lights. Exterior chimney. Brick foundation. Good condition. Date of Construction: c. 1928. This area developed from app. 1905-1925 by middle to upper income families. Significant as part of a potential National Register district, Northwest of the commercial area. Few non-historic structures included.
