Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Railroad Ave., Sycamore, Turner County, Ga., 1981. Two story Georgian plan house with gabled roof with pedimented gable on front left. Polygonal projecting bay on left front of house. Two-story shed porch supported by square columns. Clapboard siding. Double sash windows with 4/4 lights. Interior chimney. Brick piers. Board & batten siding under porch. Small cantilever balcony over front door. Both first and second story doors feature transoms and sidelights. Good condition. Date of Construction: c. 1905. Not significant as part of a potential National Register historic district. Area of older structures not extensive enough.
