Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of 816 Nardo St., Valdosta, Ga., December 1980. 1 story shiplap sided double pen with gabled tin roof. Shed porch held up by square posts. Double hung sash windows with 2/2 lights. Set on brick piers. Fair condition. Date of Construction: App. 1900-1910. Typical double pen house in an area which could have developed as housing for millworkers at Valdosta Mill Company. Not significant in terms of a N.R. district. Too many houses have been torn down and there are too many modern structures in the area.
