Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of 810 Nardo St., Valdosta, Ga., December 1980. 1 story shiplap sided double pen house with multi gabled roof. Gabled porch held up by square posts. Double hung sash windows with 2/2 lights. Exterior chimney. Set on brick piers. Fair condition. Date of Construction: App. 1900-1910. Located in a very dense area of functional housing. Possibly developed as housing for millworkers at Valdosta Mill Company. Not significant in terms of a N.R. district. Too many modern buildings in the area.
