Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Rural [149] Unknown, Valdosta, Ga. December 1980. A large one story rectangular plan with gabled roof and clapboard siding. Sash windows with 6/6 lights. Double front doors, now on concrete piers. Date of Construction: Sept. 2, 1826. It is the second Baptist church organized in the Old Lowndes County area. This is a typical vernacular house common to this area of rural Brooks County.
