Hipped roof with wide overhang & brackets. Double hung sash windows are boarded. Interior chimney. Set on brick piers. Poor condition. Date of Construction: c. 1910. Typical example of small South Georgian town depot. Not significant as part of a potential National Register historic district. Area of older structures not extensive enough.
