Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Pavo [010] Unknown, Quitman, Ga. December 1980. 1 story rectangular shiplap sided Georgian plan with hipped & gabled roof. Transom over door. Round posts support surrounding shed porch. Double hung sash windows with 1/1 lights. Interior chimney. Set on brick piers. Good condition. Large oak trees out front. Date of Construction: c. 1905. Goode example of Georgian plan house. Not significant as part of a potential National Register historic district. Area of older structures not extensive enough.
