Shed porch with square posts. Modern windows. Horizontal and board and batten siding. Exterior chimney. Set on hexagonal blocks. Poor condition. Date of Construction: c. 1890. Typical tenant house found on a large plantation. This house and land are a part of River Bend Plantation, formed in the late 1800's. Covers thousands of acres in the southeast portion of the county.
