Clapboard siding. Interior chimney. Sash windows with 1/1 lights. Shed porch. Transom over doors. Double doors. Set on brick piers. Good condition. Date of Construction: c. 1905-1915. This area developed by middle class residents from app. 1910-1930. Not significant as part of a potential National Register historic district, because there are not enough houses of historical value in the area.
