Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Willis St. [4], Sycamore, Turner County, Ga., 1981. Georgian plan house with multi-gabled roof with returns. Hipped porch supported by tapering square posts set on brick piers. Gables feature gingerbread bargeboards. Aluminum siding. Double sash windows with 4/4 lights. Brick piers. Good condition. Carriage house is also on the lot. Has clapboard siding and hipped roof. Good condition. Date of Construction: c. 1910. Unusual roof with many gables. Not significant as part of a potential National Register historic district. Area of older structures not extensive enough.
