Set on brick piers. Modern, aluminum windows. Date of Construction: App. 1920. Typical, functional type of house in this area which was possibly developed as housing for millworkers at the Valdosta Mill Company. Not significant in terms of a N.R. district. Too many structures have been torn down in the area.
