These documents include a tax receipt from Francis Marion Shaw dated December 20, 1922, a doctor's bill for his "last illness" on September 20, 1922, and a casket bill sworn to on November 15, 1923, all indicating he lived longer. The editor concludes that Francis Marion Shaw likely lived an additional year, with later documentation confirming his death on September 21, 1922.
