A one story double pen rectangular plan with gabled roof and shiplap siding. Shed porch with square posts. Exterior chimney, sash windows with 6/6 lights, brick piers. Eight identical double pens. Date of Construction: c. 1905. Significant as part of a potential National Register district, north of business district behind Court St. at Lee and Roundtree.
