Clapboard siding. Sash windows with 1/1 lights. Transom and sidelights. Hip dormer, interior chimney. Good condition. Date of Construction: c. 1910. This area developed by middle class residents from app. 1910-1930. Not significant as part of a potential National Register historic district, because there aren't enough houses of historic value in this area to form a district.
