Shed porch held up by square posts. Double hung sash windows with 6/6 and 2/2 lights. Interior chimney. Set on brick piers. Poor condition. Date of Construction: App. 1910-1915. Functional housing near industry. Significant as part of a potential N.R. district which covers 4 or 5 blocks.
