Good condition. Modern storefront. Commercial - grocery store and meat market. Date of Construction: c. 1880-1885. 1895 - general store. 1900 - jewelry store. 1905 - general store. 1912 - pool room. Significant as part of a potential National Register district, a downtown district of late 19th and early 20th century commercial buildings north and south of Screven St.
