Abstract
We have had a very satisfactory year at Valdosta State College During the period beginning July 1, 1953 and ending June 30, 1954. There were no deaths in the faculty during this year.
At the beginning of the school year Mrs. Priscilla Adam, was added to the Dormitory Staff to serve as House Director in Converse Hall, Mrs. Adams made a very fine start with her work, but became ill early in the fall and was forced to resign because of ill health at Christmas time. Mr. Walter Cottingham, who had worried for us on a part-time basis as Physical Education Director for the boys, joined our staff on a full time basis to teach Physical Education, and serve as basketball and baseball coach...
