One story wood frame house with multi-gabled tin roof (low pitched) exposed rafters, brackets (unusual) in eaves. Exterior chimney. Tapered square posts supporting gabled porch. Shiplap siding. Set on brick piers. Double hung sash windows with 2/2 lights. Fair condition. Date of Construction: App. 1910-1920. Typical bungalow style house, significant as part of a potential N.R. district which covers 4 or 5 blocks.
