Abstract
Valdosta State University athletics has made great strides forward in the short time Herb Reinhard has been in charge of the l o- sport Division II program. Reinhard joined the Valdosta State athletic family in December 1991, coming from Florida A&M University where he was assistant athletic director in charge of marketing and promotions. The personable Winter Park, Fla., native directed a program which enjoyed a banner sea- son on the playing fields and courts, and one which made major advances in the area of fundraising and corporate sponsorship.
