Clipped gabled rood with exposed rafters and brackets. Gabled porch with slender tripled round posts. Shiplap siding. Sash windows with 3/1 lights. Interior chimney. Set on brick piers. Good condition. Date of Construction: c. 1930. This area developed by upper middle class residents from app. 1900-1920. Significant as part of a potential National Register historic district, north of the commercial area with very few non-historic structures included.
