Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of 815 Floyd Street, Valdosta, Ga., December 1980. One story square plan house. Hip roof with exposed rafters. Shed porch with square posts. Shiplap and asbestos siding. Interior chimney. Set on brick piers. Double hung sash windows with 2/2 lights. Fair condition. Date of Construction: App. 1910-1920. Part of an area which possibly developed as housing for millworkers at the Valdosta Mill Company. Not significant in terms of a N.R. district - too many modern intrusions.
