Hipped porch with square posts. Sash windows with 6/6 lights. Narrow horizontal siding. Two front doors. Set on brick piers. Good condition. Residence (mill housing). Date of Construction: c. 1890. First used as mill housing, as was used as apts. at least as late as 1930. Mrs. Knight bought it recently and renovated it. Significant as part of a potential National Register district, could be included in an industrial district near the old mill.
