Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Unknown [10], Sycamore, Turner County, Ga., 1981. Georgian plan house with hipped roof with multiple pedimented gables, with gingerbread bargeboard and diamond-shaped vents. Shed porch on 3 sides supported by Tuscan columns. Corner of shed porch features a pediment gable at 450 angle (see photo). Shiplap siding. Aluminum windows. Interior chimneys. Brick piers. Victorian elements. Good condition. Date of Construction: c. 1905. Good example of Victorian style house. Not significant as part of a potential National Register historic district. Area of older structures not extensive enough.
