Segmented arch windows on 2nd floor. Decorative brick work along parapet. Western Auto storefront is modernized. Right storefront is original. Transom over door and display window. Good condition. Commercial - saloon and warehouse. Date of Construction: c. 1875-1880. "Saved from a fire in 1875," because it was a brick building. A general store here from 1895-1912. Later a feed & seed store, and a music store. Significant as part of a potential National Register district, a downtown district of late 19th and early 20th century buildings along Screven St., both north and south.
