Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Morven [023] Gin St. Quitman, Ga. December 1980. One story house of rectangular plan. Hipped roof and hipcped porch. Exposed rafters, square posts. Shiplap siding. Double hung sash windows with 2/2 lights. Interior chimney. Set on brick piers. Fair condition. Date of Construction: c. 1920. Not significant as part of a potential National Register historic district. Area not extensive enough historically.
