Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Rural [224] South western section of the county, Grooverville, Ga. December 1980. A large one story saddlebag, rectangular plan with gabled tin roof and clapboard and shiplap siding. Sash windows with 6/6 lights. Interior and exterior chimney. Brick piers. Poor condition. Date of Construction: c. 1900. A typical rural saddlebag common in this area.
