dc.description.abstract Almost all academic libraries are now offering ebooks, and demand for them is on the rise. A full 95% of the 488 respondents to our second annual survey currently offer ebooks to users, inching up one percentage point from last year. When asked if academic libraries had seen an increased demand for ebooks from users in the past year, more than half of respondents (58%) agreed they had —13% reported they saw a “dramatic” increase. en_US
