dc.description.abstract v.3, no.5 (Beltane [1980]). Rowan Tree Church Periodical Collection. New Age Movements, Occultism and Spiritualism Research Library. Valdosta State University. A blessed Beltane to you all. Beltane is a special feast for unicorns, for it is then we honor our horns, and place magick circles of flowers around the horns of our dear ones. This is the true origin of the Maypole, when humans would dance around their honoured guests, the Unicorns. A time of giving and of sharing, the flower-circles are brought in special baskets. This issue of the Unicorn is in that spirit, and it is filled with extra poetry and goodies, for such is the way the Goddess treats us this season. en_US
