The seventeenth annual report begins by reflecting on the past 19 years and how far the Church has developed since the time it was legally recognized. Two major events are described: the publication of A Wiccan Bardo, Revisited and the creation of The Rowan Tree Website, the latter being discussed in more detail. The budget is discussed at length with the addition of fundraising projects that occurred over the year. The Mystery School provides and update on new students accepted.
