One story house of rectangular plan, hipped tin roof with exposed rafters. Clapboard and shiplap siding. Set on brick piers. Double hung sash windows with 2/2 lights. Fair condition. Date of Construction: Before 1922; App. 1910. Typical vernacular house which is part of an area that possibly developed as housing for millworkers at the Valdosta Mill Company. Not significant in terms of a N.R. district - too many modern intrusions. | en_US |
