Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Sycamore Primitive Baptist Church, Mattie Ave., Sycamore, Turner County, Ga., 1981. Large rectangular building with gabled roof with returns. Double front doors. Shiplap siding. Double sash windows with 9/9 lights. Fair condition. Date of Construction: c. 1900. Typical example of rural churches in South Georgia. Not significant as part of a potential National Register district. Area of older structures not extensive enough.
