Significant architecturally. These Greek revival cottages are unusual for this area. Frame made of hand hewn logs, nailed together with wooden pegs. Bought by Thomas Boring in 1876, this house has passed through 4 generations of the Boring Family. Mrs. Phillip Simpson is the great, great, great granddaughter of Dr. Boring. Has been remodeled by the Simpsons.
