Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of Barney [04] Hwy. 122, Cecil, Ga. December 1980. A one story dogtrot, rectangular plan, gabled roof and shiplap siding. Hipped porch (surrounding). Tapered square posts. Sash windows with 1/1 lights. Exterior and interior chimney. Brick piers. Fair condition. Date of Construction: c. 1910. Not significant as part of a potential National Register historic district. Town is not extensive enough for a district.
